1⁄2 container sweet bean stew sauce (Mae Ploy)
1⁄2 container soy sauce
1 garlic, minced
shelled nut oil or vegetable oil
3 chicken bosoms, boneless, skinless (4-5 ounces each)

In a little bowl combine sweet bean stew sauce, soy sauce and garlic. Pour 1/2 glass (a large portion of the blend) into a little plastic nourishment stockpiling zip pack. Add chicken and swing to coat; refrigerate and marinade 30 minutes.
To a skillet, include a tablespoon or two of oil and warmth over medium-high warmth. Expel chicken from marinade and dark colored on one side for around 2-3 minutes (it might smoke a little from the sweet marinade). Turn the chicken over and dark colored for 2 minutes longer. Cover with a top, turn the warmth to low and give it a chance to complete the process of cooking for around 8 minutes.
Place remaining stew sauce and soy sauce blend in a little pot and stew over low warmth until warmed through, around 5 minutes. Serve over chicken.
