20 medium prawns - (head evacuated, shelled with tail unblemished)
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of dark pepper (discretionary)
2 teaspoons of garlic powder (discretionary)
2 eggs
1 measure of universally handy flour
1 measure of breadcrumbs
1 measure of groundnut oil
Stage 1
Utilizing a blade, slice along the cut to part open the prawns just before the tail. Open up the prawns level.

Season prawns with salt, pepper and garlic powder and put aside.
Stage 3
