1 tbsp, vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
60g shrimp
1/2 chicken bosom
200g, long grain rice, cooked and cooled
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tbsp soya sauce, or to taste
1 spring onion, slicedreparation

Make boiled rice and leave to cool.
2. Heat up a container of water. Bubble chicken bosom for 6 minutes.
3.Take the bosoms out and put into a bowl of chilly water to prevent it from cooking further. Cut chicken bosoms into little strips.
4. Defrost solidified peas in bowl of water for a couple of minutes and after that deplete.
